Farewell

Though everyone we leave a place
We feel want to come back
It's best to know
That we may not

And so
Let me say farewell now
River Avon and your swans and fees and feisty ducks
I will think of you
Like wordsworth his daffodils
With my hand on my heart.. adieu adieu

This world

This world is made
For peace,  love and beauty

Let's live it so
Let's live it so

Nature is full of diversity
Colours abound and flourish beside one another .the old and knarled stand strong beside the fresh and new
And the world smiles

Poetry

Poetry
For all the beauty in this world
For all the sorrow
All of thought and being .there is poetry

I sit here

I sit here
In the garden
Under an umbrella
At peace

Raindrops on my head
Poetry in my heart
Nature in my eyes
God in my being

Beauty

This trip is a meditation on beauty

Moments ... gone that moment so precious for never ever being exactly the same again

The greens under a thin sheet of cloud

A swan running on water ... running from fast paddling swam or running to the promise of food?

A feather floating on water
Shed carelessly by you .so downy white
You don't miss that single feather
That I gaze on so wistfully
You spare it not another glance

What you have in abundance you don't miss
You don't know what beauty you lend this river
Just swimming by
That feather proof you floated by once

And what do you seek
As you paddle by so quickly
Staring purposefully into the water as you shovel water behind you
Leaving a triangular shape in your wake
That water quickly folds over
